PART orders are shipped 1-3 Business days from the date of order. Then allow 3-7 Business days via UPS to recieve. Total delivery time varies depending on region, holiday seasons, unforseen inclimate weather, etc.. but is usually recieved 3-10 business days after order! Exchange Policy:Purchases Have a 30-day from date of purchase warranty on same item. Exchange for manufacturer's defect ONLY . Proper damage assesment to determine if product damage is due to customer neglegence, misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow safety procedures(see waiver of liability below) NOTE: Installing any part and/or parts without the use of a certified mechanic voids any and all exchanges and/or warranty. There are absolutely no refunds regardless of damage or performance. Purchaser is responsable for assessing package for shipping damage upon arrival, and must report any shipping damage to the carrier. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to the customer at your expense. COD and freight collect packages will NOT be accepted. We make every effort to ensure that products are completely functional and free of damage before shipment. We will not accept any part returns based on unsatisfactory performance. Purchaser must comply with all state laws and safety procedures where purchaser resides and/or intends to use part/ vehicle. Most vehicles are for children 10 years and older and can be very dangerous if safety precautions are not taken. As a parent or legal guardian, purchaser takes FULL responsibility for the safety of any minor operating these vehicles and installing and/or using any parts, and will comply with state and federal safety laws.
